Bei einer Dachkontrolle k\u00f6nnen gr\u00f6ssere Sch\u00e4den vermieden werden. Es werden Rinnstellen behoben, Blechanschl\u00fcsse kontrolliert, Dachrinnen und Abl\u00e4ufe gereinigt. Nat\u00fcrlich steht an erster Stelle die Personensicherung, welche je nach Dach und Absturzh\u00f6he eingerichtet werden muss.
